FITNESS PROGRAMS


Our fitness programs are designed to give you the support, motivation, tools and strategies you need for success. Whether you need just a little, or a lot, our programs will show you the secrets to reclaiming your body, energy and vitality.

Time, money, how much you want to do on your own and how much you need to be held accountable by your trainer, all impact on your decisions in selecting the perfect training program. So we have given you a lot of different options to choose from. And, we are always ready to talk about how to customize programs to fit your particular needs and goals. Our personal training programs are provided in your home, office or preferred outdoor location. We come to you.

**All of our programs include an initial assessment which consists of: optional body fat testing, body circumference measurements, muscular strength and endurance testing, and movement analysis. A full report of findings along with analysis and recommendations is provided.

Guided On-Line Training Programs

Good for you! You are ready to commit 12 weeks to reaching your fitness and health goals.
