Guided Get Fit and Fabulous Package I

Includes: 90 minute face to face assessment and workout, 8 week online program, weekly email and one phone check-in

This program is best for those who have been working out for some time, have a fairly good fitness level, know their way around the gym and are motivated to work out on their own. The face to face assessment ensures you get personalized help, not just a cookie cutter program from a book or a website that doesn’t take your particular circumstances into account.  You will be given a customized 8 week workout program with photo demonstrations of each exercise and details about workout sequencing, repetitions, weight, progression etc. The email and phone follow up ensure that you are keeping on track and are supported to reach your goals.  If you follow the program, and eat healthfully you should expect strength and fitness gains over the 8 week period, and begin to lose inches and pounds, if that is your goal.

Guided Get Fit and Fabulous Package II

Includes: 90 minute face to face assessment and workout, plus 2 monthly 60 minute face to face sessions (4 wk and 8 wk mark), 8 week online program, weekly email and monthly telephone check-ins

This program is a step up from program I, and is designed for those who need more guidance than one session can provide. Perfect if you are a motivated but sporadic exerciser, and want to get back on track, and need an affordable program that will give you tools and support to do it on your own.

After the initial assessment, you will receive a customized  workout program with photo demonstrations of each exercise and details about workout sequencing, repetitions, weight, progression etc. The 2nd in-person session allows for re-assessment and modification of your online program.  The last in-person session includes a final assessment and information and guidance you can take along with you as you continue your fitness adventure. We want you to be successful so we are also providing phone and email check-ins for additional support and guidance. If you follow the program and eat healthfully, you should expect strength and fitness gains as well as weight loss.
